According to Einstein's relativity, we know that time and space are one and the same. Yet we can't help but perceive them as separate. And we go to great lengths to measure and divide them down to the smallest of units.

Maybe it's because that way we can trick ourselves into not feeling small.

I like how you commposed this and used the clock to break up the two different light sources, looks good. :)

brilliant composition for the subject matter... the strong linear aspects and defined geometric shapes along with the minimalistic b&w approach really suit the concept of time and the constraints it(we?) place on humanity.

i love the lines in this piece; perfect in black and white to create shapes with the objects, shadow, and light. and is that a tiny person in the corner (can't see clearly on my comp)? :)

brilliant, as always.

Nice, nicenicenice use of shapes. The clock isn't exactly the center of the composition, but unifies it someway. It's like, an abstract with a clock. :)

A description that makes you go quiet.. and the little person in the corner is what makes this shot.
